Job Description
- Manage setup, configuration and safe operation of the company's network server and main equipment; familiar with various desktop and mobile operating systems;
- Conduct the daily maintenance and management of the company's access control terminal equipment, terminal peripherals, and equipment network lines to ensure the smooth flow of all kinds of information;
- Maintain office software and conference multimedia, CCTV, operation status monitoring, user account management, user authority management, process configuration, operation process problem solving, etc.;
- Periodically review the related security guideline and control to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the information security controls and recommend for improvements;
- Establish and improve relevant network management rules and regulations;
- Good in management and maintenance of various electronic and communication hardware facilities such as company's website, mailbox, audio equipment, LED screen projection, computer, and selection of electronic hardware equipment;
- Maintain daily /monthly data backup according to schedule and restores data when required;
- Perform the operation management of ERP system;
- Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by superior
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment.
- Able to work overtime when needed.
Skills:
- Hands on technical experience in setup/implement/maintain IT security related solution/system, including network security monitoring.
- Familiar with China ERP software and Office software, education background related to information technology is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good at research, good professionalism and execution; strong communication skills, and good teamwork awareness.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
